Tending Native Plants, Tending Ourselves…

Where: Vesper Meadow Restoration Preserve
Description: Enjoy a Fall afternoon up in the Meadow with fellow community-land stewards as we tend to Native Plant garden areas. We'll be seeding native plant seeds into areas that were tarped to remove invasive grasses. Land tending activity will be mild to moderate - including use of shovels to create divots in the ground for native plant seed and raking in seeds.

Limit: 10-15 people
Activity level: Mild to Moderate difficulty, walking on uneven terrain, bending, shoveling, raking seeds into the ground, use of hand tools.
