As we work up toward our big riparian restoration project in October, we are excited to share more about the Low Tech Process-Based Restoration strategies we will be implementing with The Beaver Coalition. We’ll tour through the project area and discuss the beaver-based structures planned for the creek. Join us for the first steps in this process of re-beavering” the creek habitat: making space for native riparian shrubs by pulling invasive weeds, staging woody debris by the banks, and harvesting willow stakes for planting.

Walking on uneven ground, options for moderate to heavy lifting. If you like getting your hands dirty, or just want to give back to your watershed, you are going to have a lot of fun!
