Mindfulness and Meadow Restoration 

with Vesper Meadow Education Program and the Southern Oregon Land Conservancy

A day of Healing Landscapes at the Vesper Meadow Restoration Preserve: "As we heal the land, the land heals us" 

Description: Enjoy the beauty of the Vesper Meadow Restoration Preserve and experience the heart of our healing programs - for both humans and the more-than-human neighbors. Breath deep with a movement and meditation practice in the dense forest before crossing into the expansive meadow to help remove invasive yellow star thistle. This program is in coordination with Vesper Meadows’s Healing Landscapes "As we heal the land, the land heals us"

Limit: 15
Meeting Location (near, not exact): Buck Prairie 2 Dog Friendly Snow Park
Difficulty: Some difficult terrain off-trail and physical labor to remove yellow star thistle.

Please bring: layers, sun protection, long sleeves/ pants (denim or other durable material clothing recommended), leather work gloves (we will have a few extras available).
