Nature Sketching at Vesper Meadow: for all ages

Nature-Sketching.jpg

Join naturalist and artist Jeanine Moy and the Vesper Meadow Education Program for a family-friendly morning of nature-sketching under broad skies and among meadow flowers. Drawing outdoors is a great way to better understand the natural world, and to focus and calm the mind. We'll study natural forms with both natural objects and in the wider landscape. Beginners will be given guidance to start out with composition, shading, and creating an image 'in the round.' More experienced artists will enjoy camaraderie with other artistic folks, and nature's muse. Views of Mt. McLaughlin, songs of Dead Indian Creek, and elegant groves of aspen are sure to inspire.

All ages and experiences welcome, all youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
