As the year ends, your gift to Vesper Meadow Education Program helps us to reach broad audiences and provide learning tools to the community to carry on with habitat restoration, supporting Indigenous land stewardship, and connecting people with place.

Together, we:

  • Bring together conservation land managers, fellow non-profits, and volunteers to restore native meadows and protect imperiled species like the Klamath Mardon Skipper and Oregon Vesper Sparrow.

  • Demonstrate a vision of a resilient future through growing local networks around progressive land management, creating and providing education resources to teachers, and engaging artists as thought leaders.

  • Engage other local non-profits, K-college youth, artists, and community scientists in hands-on learning, career skills development, and community discussions for healing and building strong networks.

  • Partner with Tribal leaders through the Indigenous Gardens Network to revive First Foods and cultural landscapes.
